Enquiries to the Academy

When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, you choose what to share. We use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry and coordinate your visit. Please do not send payment-card details through email or WhatsApp.

Bookings and payments

Our calendar and booking checkout are provided by FareHarbor. Information entered in its checkout is submitted to FareHarbor to process your reservation. Review the privacy information and booking terms shown there before completing a booking.

Third-party services

Loading the booking calendar connects your browser to FareHarbor. Like other online services, it can receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details, and may use cookies or similar technologies. WhatsApp and Google Maps open only when you follow their links; their own privacy terms apply when you use those services.

Optional analytics and advertising cookies

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits and use of our availability, Guide and contact links.

With your permission, we use Meta Pixel to measure visits and booking interest, understand our advertising and show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may associate these visits with your account on its services and receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details and page URL.

These optional tools load only after you allow them. Declining does not affect browsing or booking. Our custom events do not include enquiry contents, allergy information or payment details. A booking-button click is recorded as interest, not a completed purchase.

Your choice is stored in this browser for up to six months. You can change it below. This setting controls optional tracking on the Academy website; FareHarbor manages its own booking services and privacy choices.

Allergy and access questions

Share only the information our instructors need to discuss your participation. If you prefer, ask to speak with the team directly rather than including sensitive details in an initial message.

Questions about your information?

Contact info@academyrum.com to ask about information you have shared with the Academy, or to request a correction or deletion. Questions about FareHarbor checkout data can also be raised through the support information in your booking confirmation.
