What does the Academy experience include?
Your visit to our mini distillery begins with check-in, an apron and a safety briefing around the working tabletop stills. Each guest receives a six-rum tasting. A short introduction to Caribbean rum history leads into choosing flavours, mixing, checking alcohol percentage and proof, and finishing the bottle.
Your instructor guides bottling, capping, naming, labelling and waxing. Each participant receives a certificate. The complete experience page explains the sequence and the class duration, so you can judge whether the making element is the part you are looking for.
How does the location fit your Antigua plans?
The Academy is at Loose Cannon, Galleon Beach, in the English Harbour area. Plan it as a timed visit, with a journey to the classroom and a safe return after drinking. A visitor already spending the day around English Harbour will have different arrangements from someone arriving in St. John's by cruise ship.

What should you check before reserving?
Check your date, class time and expected finish, then settle your pickup and return plans. Tell the team about allergies or access needs before booking where possible, and remind your instructor before tasting. Guests must be at least 18 to consume alcohol.
Read the arrival, transport and cancellation information. The classroom is covered and open-air, so contact the Academy about operation during unsettled weather. Once the activity and travel arrangements fit your day, use the live calendar to choose an available class.
